Bring Your Passion for Healing to a Collective Built Around Care

Zoya is a collaborative health collective in downtown Spokane seeking psychotherapists, registered dietitians, and nutrition professionals who want to build coordinated, patient-centered care — not simply share office space or exchange referrals.

Why Zoya

Where Healthcare Works Together

We believe the best outcomes happen when patients are supported by a coordinated team. The future of healthcare is collaborative, personalized, prevention-focused, and relationship-centered.

01

Intention Over Volume

Zoya gives you the space and structure to show up fully for your patients without burning out in the process.

02

One Care Team

Different clinicians. One care team. One patient at the center. We are building a model where medical, psychiatric, psychotherapy, nutrition, physical therapy, massage, and wellness disciplines collaborate around personalized care plans.

03

Connected by Design

Regular communication and thoughtful collaboration help patients receive integrated support instead of navigating fragmented care alone.

04

Shape What's Next

The clinicians who join Zoya today will define its culture, reputation, and impact for years to come.

Our Core Values

What We Look for in Providers

Our clinicians do not practice in silos. We look for clinical partners who actively participate in care planning, communicate regularly, and keep patients at the center of every decision.

Collaborative Healing

You actively build coordinated care plans with colleagues across disciplines. Collaboration is more valuable than hierarchy, and communication is routine rather than exceptional.

Whole-Human Wellness

You understand the connections between nutrition, physical health, mental health, behavior, trauma, movement, and overall well-being — and bring that perspective to patient care.

Empowerment

You partner with patients to create personalized plans centered on their goals, values, and lived experience. The patient remains at the center of every discussion and recommendation.

Restorative Care

You contribute to a compassionate, relationship-centered environment where patients receive seamless support and clinicians build meaningful professional relationships.

Current Opportunities

Psychotherapists

Downtown Spokane, Washington · Part-time or full-time · Hybrid in-person and virtual care

Zoya Health Collective is seeking fully licensed, experienced psychotherapists interested in contracting with our collaborative, interdisciplinary practice. We seek therapists passionate about helping patients create lasting change through deeper self-awareness, healthier relationships, emotional resilience, and nervous system regulation.

Areas of experience or interest

  • Anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic pain
  • Disordered eating, emotional eating, and body image concerns
  • Substance use concerns, primarily alcohol and cannabis
  • Women's mental health and hormonal transitions
  • Injured workers, occupational stress, and recovery

We are particularly interested in clinicians who offer EMDR, somatic approaches, pain reprocessing therapy, polyvagal-informed approaches, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other approaches that integrate mind and body.

Patients and coverage

We seek clinicians interested in supporting injured workers and patients with commercial insurance or government-sponsored coverage, including Medicaid, Medicare, and TRICARE, as payer contracts and individual credentialing allow.

Schedule and setting

Part-time and full-time contract opportunities are available, ideally with a commitment of at least 16 hours per week. Schedules combine in-person and virtual visits, with a meaningful in-person presence at our downtown Spokane clinic. Most of our local patients prefer in-person care.

Registered Dietitians and Nutrition Professionals

We are seeking clinical partners who understand the complex relationship between nutrition, physical health, mental health, behavior, trauma, movement, and overall well-being. Nutrition care is part of a coordinated plan, not an isolated service.

Areas of experience or interest

  • Disordered eating, emotional eating, and body image concerns
  • Weight management and metabolic health
  • Women's health and longevity
  • Chronic disease prevention
  • Nutritional support for psychiatric conditions

One coordinated care team

Help build a model where dietitians collaborate closely with psychotherapists, psychiatric and medical providers, physical therapists, and wellness professionals. We seek partners who communicate with colleagues and shape care plans around each patient's goals, values, and lived experience.
