We accept insurance through Aetna, Asuris, Cigna, First Choice, Premera, Regence, United Healthcare, and Washington State L&I.
We are actively working on contracting with TriCare, Medicare, and Washington State Medicaid.
Kaiser cannot be accepted. Patients will need to contact us for other options.
