Joy Powell is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Master's-trained Clinical Social Worker with more than two decades in behavioral health and interdisciplinary care.
She has held clinical leadership roles and launched new programs and services at institutions including the Yale School of Medicine, CHAS Health, and Wellmore Behavioral Health.
As CEO, Joy co-founded Zoya Health Collective to build a place where interdisciplinary care comes together, clinical excellence meets real compassion, and providers are supported so they can show up fully for the people they serve.
